The team behind the RGB-Pi, Raspberry Pi RGB emulation kit has been hard at work on adding many features to their software. One of the most handy features is auto-mounting USB drives on startup, which is a big time saver for people who keep their roms on a USB drive, as opposed to loading them on an SD.
They’ve also added netplay features, which is an exciting enhancement. Unfortunately, you’re always at the mercy of your ISP, which means even if you have “low” ping rates between locations, you’re still looking at about one frame of added lag for the remote connection. Still a cool feature that I’m looking forward to trying out!
