Voultar just posted a video that shows a basic, but very cool way to replace the batteries in rechargeable wiimote packs. While only the wiimote is shown, the theory applies to any similar kit. Also, the dangers of leaky alkaline batteries apply to all of us, so even if you decide these rechargeable packs aren’t for you, at least consider using some Eneloops and always take batteries out of your devices when you’re done!
