Krikzz has just released a new firmware for the Everdrive GB x7 ROM cart, that adds a toggle for Analogue Pocket compatibility. Basically, if your EDGBx7 is having compatibility issues with your Pocket, load this firmware and toggle the option. If your ROM Cart is working fine, you can probably skip this one:
Purchase an Everdrive GB x7 (currently in stock!): https://retrorgb.link/everdrivegbx7
Download the latest firmware: https://krikzz.com/pub/support/everdrive-gb/x-series/OS/changelist.txt
As usual, it’s best to back up the existing Everdrive folder on your MicroSD before upgrading, in case you need to revert back. The only listed change since the last firmware update is as follows:
- Pocket fix option. Turn it on only for Analogue Pocket if it not works as is. Has effect only for FPGA core v7 or later
To make things clear: "pocket fix" option is not for improving compatibility with pocket, it rather for make possible to disable pocket compatibility crutch when cart used with original hardware. With pevious OS verson "pocket fix" turned on permanently
