Fixel has just released a version of his internal 3DO Optical Drive Emulator, for the Sanyo TRY version of the console. This should be functionally identical to the FZ-1 version, just designed to interface with the TRY hardware. The price is $250 and it’s due to ship in March of this year.

I personally had the pleasure of testing the external version and was really impressed at the performance. Sadly, I had to delete the livestream I did with it, due to some of the game soundtracks violating YouTube copyright rules ;/ I plan on doing another stream soon though and will be more careful!
