An open source project was just launched for a SCART coupler that’s designed for use with retro gaming setups. Many people’s setups won’t require something like this, but there’s a few scenario’s shown that demonstrates where this might be a big help for reducing clutter in your setup:
Purchase the SCART Coupler Pre-made: https://retrorgb.link/scartcoupler
Open source files to make your own: https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/13NvQe1D
3D Printed Cases for DIYers (pre-made kits already come with the case): https://laserbear.net/shop/ols/products/scart-coupler-shell-and-soldering-jig
3D Printed files to print your own: http://www.retrorgb.com/assets/3dprint/Scart_Coupler.zip
The video is available on YouTube (above), LBRY and Bitchute (below). Also, I posted a (very boring) real-time video of the assembly process for anyone who wants to make their own. The footage in the main video should be more than enough for most people, however if you’d like to see everything step-by-step, you might want to skim through it.
