Retro Fighters have just opened pre-ordered on a new wireless controller for the PC and Xbox 360. The price is $60 (before the promo code) and it comes in three colors: Black, White and Transparent Green. Pre-orders will remain open until May 2nd and it’s expected to ship to customers before the end of this year. The Hunter 360 will include Hall Effect analog sticks, as well as 1000Hz polling rate for ultra-low latency performance. It’ll also include a USB-A receiver, which should be compatible with everything that accepts PC controllers, such as the MiSTer FPGA project, Raspberry Pi emulation and more. There’s also Xinput/Dinput modes, so Android devices should be compatible as well. I’m interested to see the real lag test numbers, but if it’s anything like previous Retro Fighters controllers, it should be really low!
