When Analogue opened pre-orders on their FPGA-based N64 recreation a few weeks ago, 8Bitdo also opened orders on their N64-style controllers. At the time it looked like the black version sold out right away, but apparently they never went on sale at all! Well, both the white and black are finally up for pre-order at the same $40 cost, with delivery expected in March:

I’m a fan of 8Bitdo controllers and am interested to see how this performs. I definitely think it’s worth mentioning that Retro Fighters also has a wireless N64 controller in both Grey and Gold that performed really well: The USB connection averaged 3.3ms of latency, while the Bluetooth connection averaged 8.5ms – both in XInput mode.
