Todd from Retro Frog has just released a 3D printed adapter that lets you physically mount a 2.5″ HDD or SSD into the 3.5″ tray slot of your original Xbox hard drive. While sure, there’s plenty of HDD adapters out there, this one is cheap, designed specifically for the Xbox…and you can simply print your own if you already own a 3D printer!:

I’m a massive fan of “little things” like this: They serve a purpose, are unique and benefit everyone. Have your own 3D printer? Now you have an excuse to use it. Want to just buy one pre-made? Great, now you can support both Todd and Stone Age Gamer by purchasing “through the community”!
I have released my #OGXbox 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch adapter for download on Printables.
Upgrade the storage in your #OriginalXbox and keep it securely held into place. https://t.co/26tf0PQrKd pic.twitter.com/yfoLA0EbF6
